Chantelle's Bootcamp Workout

I have never watched big brother so I did not no who Chantelle was I borrowed this dvd from my sister not expecting it to be up to much boy was I wrong! This is a fantastic workout however I would of liked a bit more cardio as the little bit that you do was brilliant!! The dvd is divided into sections warm up upper body lower body combined upper & lower body cardio blast abs & core warm down & stretch the whole thing takes just over an hour. I found myself going for lighter weights on the upper body section this gives me something to aim for I like that. The instructor Ben Poole is a very good teacher with clear instuctions you do each exercise for about a minute some for 30 seconds. Music is not the best but don't let that put you off. I am definately treating myself to this dvd you get a real sweat on really enjoyed it. The interview with chantelle at the end of the dvd is really funny worth a look.

I found this DVD was hard but obviously a good workout. The lower body section I found very hard but effective. Chantelle said she lost 2 dress sizes so you'd think there would be more cardio than just the 4 minute blast.
I found the music was quiet and not very good and there's hardly any talking, so it's quite boring unlike in he Ministry of Sound workouts, I find them much more enjoyable.
